Stop what you're doing right now, and find the nearest device with a Netflix account. Not to be dramatic, but you shouldn't waste another minute not watching Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. If you haven't heard about it, it's the new Netflix show created by Tina Fey and starring Ellie Kemper (Erin from The Office), and it's fucking hilarious.
Here's the basic idea: Kimmy has spent the last 15 years trapped in a bunker in Indiana with three women because this crazy guy tells them the apocalypse has happened. The women get rescued, and Kimmy decides she wants to live in New York. Kimmy is obviously clueless about everything, and every ridiculous thing that she does is more and more endearing.
In addition to Kimmy, the other main characters are Titus, Kimmy's delightfully crazy roommate, and Jacqueline, the delusional housewife that Kimmy gets a job nannying for. If you liked 30 Rock, Jacqueline is played by Jane Krakowski (Jenna), and her new character is just as batshit.
The show has gotten great reviews and Netflix has already committed to a second season, so there's no reason not to watch. I got through the whole season in less than a day, so you should probably clear your schedule (once you finish House of Cards). Tbh the show is one of the funniest in a while, and the premise is totally original. Get netflixing!
