Finding the motivation to work out has got to be one of the greatest struggles known to young women of the 21st century. Leaving the comfort of your bed or skipping out on happy hour to have an anorexic-looking barre instructor tell you to “tuck your hips” for the 3rd time is less than ideal. There’s also the whole issue with having to shower and re-straighten your hair after a sweaty workout.
You may finding yourself wondering, “Is it even worth it?” I’m here to tell you…YES. If you are even considering skipping out on a workout, you need to reevaluate a few things. Working out is imperative if you want to get anywhere is life. Our natural instinct may be to binge on wine and pizza and escape reality with a never-ending Netflix marathon, but we have to fight those instincts. This is what separates us from the basics (aka no-name losers who will slowly die alongside their cats and fast food remnants). That being said, it is not an easy job. Staying motivated is nearly impossible at some points, but here are some tips to help you deal with this constant struggle.
