In a recent podcast with The Hollywood Reporter, Kristen Stewart offered the latest Star Wars star Daisy Ridley advice on becoming famous for a role with a built in franchise.
Why did anyone bother to ask K Stew for advice on acting is beyond us, especially since Twilight can hardly be compared fairly to Star Wars, which is one of the original classic series of all time. But since Kristen came out of seemingly nowhere to become the face of that vampire/werewolf love story, she does her big sister diligence and passes on her advice to Daisy.
"Focus on the fact that you're stoked 'cause you're doing the work that you want to do," she offers. "It's literally mainly just about focusing on what makes you happy. And if losing your anonymity or whatever doesn't make you happy, then focus on something else."
Yes, but maybe stay away from the homewrecking when it comes to "something else," Daisy.
Apparently Kristen won a Cesar award in France for her latest indie role in a movie called Clouds of Sils Maria. We had no idea this movie existed, but she was on this same podcast talking about it, and apparently Kristen plays a Hollywood assistant and it also stars Chloe Moretz, so we're mildly intrigued.
Anyway, we doubt Daisy will have the same trouble as Kristen being taken seriously for her acting, considering Star Wars made $1 billion in opening weekend and is on another level than Twilight. But that's cute, Kristen.
