Lauren Conrad decided to ban "body shaming" words on her lifestyle website, because she wishes that we could all get along like we used to in middle school and bake a cake filled with rainbows and smiles and everyone would eat and be happy. Her website won't use the terms "skinny," "slim," and "thin" but instead use "toned," "healthy," and "fit."
The whole point is to "focus on being fit as opposed to a number on the scale because every body is created differently - and healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes." This attempt at being a politically correct nice girl is just coming across as passive aggressive. It's like: LC doesn't hate you because you're fat, she hates you because you're not healthy, which still sounds pretty fucking judgmental.
Now, according to Lauren "I'm not going to Paris" Conrad, a betch can't just diet excessively three weeks before her beach vacation, she has to eat healthily and work out as longterm lifestyle choices so she can be "toned." Can't a girl not eat anything and when she feels like she's about to faint eat a cube of cheese? So this is great and all Lauren, but I want to forgive you and I want to forget this.
