When he isn't whining about not winning Oscars and hooking up with super models, Leonardo DiCaprio is trying to save the world from global warming. He would've been so successful at a liberal arts college. For the past three years, his foundation—the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation (creative name)—has thrown a benefit gala to raise money for its environmental efforts. It's like how sports teams do benefit nights at Ben & Jerry's, but way more legit.
This year the party will be in St. Tropez (tbt to your abroad semester). It's going to be a full guest list of random celebs—Cate Blanchett, Robert De Niro, Kate Hudson, Scarlett Johansson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Charlize Theron, and Jonah Hill—one of these things is not like the others. The best part of the night will most definitely be when The Weeknd performs and sings about casual sex at an environmental gala. At least Leo is staying on brand.
