Obama responds to racist remarks made by basketball team owner

In case you haven't heard, LA clippers owner, Don Sterling, allegedly said a few things that were...how do I put this...racist as fuck. In a recording obtained by TMZ, Sterling criticizes his girlfriend for "associating with black people", referencing an Instagram photo she'd posted with Magic Johnson. He continued by saying, "I don't think I have to interpret those statements for you. When ignorant folks want to advertise their ignorance, you don't have to do anything, just let them talk". Sterling has yet to comment on the situation, but the recording is thought to be legitimate. Read article>>

An overly peppy girl who would not stop quoting Doctor Suess. "Oh, the places you will go"…I honestly could fall asleep just thinking about it. What I’m trying to say is, Topeka kids, you fucked up. Read article>>

Can police search your cell phone without a warrant?

Let's say Justin Bieber is arrested AGAIN for being barred out and drag racing in Miami (or something equally stupid), can police just go through his cell phone? I mean, obviously they’ll find a bunch of weird texts to Selena and shit, but is that legal? The Supreme Court will be hearing two cases this week in order to answer this question. It will be interesting to see how this turns out, but in the mean time, it might be good to change some of your contact names to be on the safe side. Having a contact labeled “Mike Weed Dealer” might be a little tip off to police, just saying. Read article>>
