In case you haven't heard, LA clippers owner, Don Sterling, allegedly said a few things that were...how do I put this...racist as fuck. In a recording obtained by TMZ, Sterling criticizes his girlfriend for "associating with black people", referencing an Instagram photo she'd posted with Magic Johnson. He also goes on to tell his girlfriend not to bring black people to his games. You can listen to the original recording on TMZ. It's about 9 minutes long and one of the most fucked up things you’ll ever hear.

Let's say Justin Bieber is arrested AGAIN for being barred out and drag racing in Miami (or something equally stupid), can police just go through his cell phone? I mean, obviously they’ll find a bunch of weird texts to Selena and shit, but is that legal? The Supreme Court will be hearing two cases this week in order to answer this question. It will be interesting to see how this turns out, but in the mean time, it might be good to change some of your contact names to be on the safe side. Having a contact labeled “Mike Weed Dealer” might be a little tip off to police, just saying. Read article>>
