If you’ve been living under a rock or off of Instagram, we’d like to introduce you to Kayla Itsines, fitness legend and body goal. Kayla is a 23 year old Australian personal trainer and the author of the Bikini Body Guide, a twelve week workout designed specifically for women. She's been traveling around the world hosting free bootcamps and just generally being incredibly fit. She spends her time working out, playing with her dogs, and posting casual pictures like this.
Obviously millions aren’t wrong. She’s worth a follow, but her workouts are also worth trying. So if you’re looking for a way to get in shape besides spinning or barre, Kayla has an alternative. Granted her workouts will leave you obscenely sweaty and exhausted but they’ll also leave you looking more like her, which is the goal.
In addition to creating great workouts and being incredibly fit, Kayla made an entire career and business based off of an Instagram account. She basically is the queen of branding herself, which is an important skill for betches and also people. Even though Kayla’s half a world away, we salute her, her Instagram account and her insane body.
