The internet’s boyfriend, Pete Davidson, is going to be a dad. The 31-year-old comedian and his girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, are expecting their first baby together, according to TMZ and People.
Apparently, this has been a long-time dream for the BDE king. While on Kevin Hart’s talk show in 2022, he shared his interest in starting a family.
“My favorite thing ever, which I’m yet to achieve, is I wanna have a kid,” Davidson shared. “It’s super corny, but it would be so fun to dress up a little dude,” he continued. “I’m so excited for that chapter, so that’s kind of what I’m just preparing for now, is trying to be like good as a dude and develop and get better, so when that happens, it’s just easier.”

“Everybody’s just been super excited for me, because they know it’s been my dream,” he shared. Apparently even Adam Sandler gave him “some great advice.” (Sandler parenting book when?) “They all just have been like, ‘You’re going to be great at this. It’s the best thing you’ll ever do in your life.'”
Pete continued, “When you do something, when we do anything, you want everyone to be excited, especially having a child, so everybody’s been great.”

The two began dating after meeting through mutual friends. “We weren’t really looking for anything and we immediately were just like, ‘Oh, wow,'” Davidson told E! News. According to the King of Staten Island, it was “very apparent” they were meant to be together.
