Unless you’re new here, you’re well aware the cast of Wicked knows how to turn a look. I’d actually like to take a moment to express my graditution for the iconic Wicked press tour that felt like several magical lifetimes because the gang (Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, and Jonathan Bailey, especially) slapped their wands on the table to create some truly enchantifying styling choices. Now, the wizards and witches are still hard at work, because it’s officially awards season, baby!
I, personally, have been looking forward to the 2025 Golden Globes all damn year. Not only because the celebs are being offered the most expensive million-dollar gift bags yet (it’s called living vicariously, folks), but because it’s pretty much the only award show where the full cross-section of Hollywood is willing to get a little sauced and gossipy on national television (Frances McDormand, WYA?). Because of the chillaxification of this prestigious event, the carpet tends to bring the perfect mix of high fashion and fun, and I just knew my favorite Ozians wouldn’t disappoint. Don’t worry, though, my top-notch fangirling over Part One won’t stop me from judging these red carpet looks fairly. Just remember: we listen and we don’t judge, especially not other people’s bodies (even if they’re famous) okay?
I’m obsessing over the Wicked cast’s 2025 Golden Globes looks because what else would I be doing Sunday night from my couch??

Damn, I guess Cynthia finally ran out of shades of green. Still, this feels just as dark and daring as Elphaba running through Oz’s Castle, and boy do I LOVE the playful shape and sparkle.

Looks like Ari and her bestie Cynthia are (as always) in tandem because Ms. Grande-Butera took her Golden Globes vibe to the dark side, at least as it pertains to that Glinda bleach blonde. Ari’s honey blonde goes perfectly with her golden gown. No better way to say you should win the award than dressing up like it, right?
