Yup, the country crooner is an ex-husband at the ripe age of 28! He met his ex-wife, Rose Madden, when they both served in the United States Navy. Zach and Rose got married in 2020 and literally got divorced the following year in July. If you were an OG Zach fan, you know that Rose was on the cover of his 2020 album, Elisabeth. (Her middle name is Elisabeth.) Now, that album cover is just black on all streaming platforms, so I’m assuming the divorce was a touch ugly. Rose appears to have completely wiped her Instagram.

Zach didn’t stay single for too long after his divorce. On January 3, 2022, he went Insta official with Deb, a project coordinator for the Philadelphia-based company Emota. They posted couple content pretty frequently and lasted a little over a year before ultimately breaking up in May 2023.
In an Instagram statement about their split, Zach wrote: “For transparency and with respect I am letting everyone know Debra and me went our separate ways about a week and a half ago. Things are mutual between us, we’re leaving with plenty memories and good times.” He added, “I beg so much that everyone respects her and my privacy through a hard time.” Hmmm. As we’re all painfully aware, Zach was dating Brianna by June 2023, and things got serious quickly. They shared lots of relationship content on social media, moved in together, and even got a dog named Boston. Not to mention, Brianna was Zach’s plus one at the 2024 Grammys and she went on tour with him too.
After weeks of breakup rumors swirling around on TikTok and Reddit, Zach posted an October 22 Instagram statement confirming that he and Brianna are no more. “Addressing something,” he wrote. “Brianna and me have broken up with each other and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart.” Yes, I fear you read that sentence right. It’s just a wild sentence. His statement continued, “She has loved me unconditionally for a very long time and for that I’ll always thank her. I have had an incredibly hard year personally and struggled through some pretty severe things. Evidently, he did not warn Bri that this was happening, and she responded with a YouTube video saying that she was “blindsided” by the public announcement. The influencer promised she’ll go more into detail about the split later but requested time to heal for now.
