Am I Hallucinating Or Is Trisha Paytas Actually In The Cast Of ‘Euphoria’ Season 3?

Honestly, Euphoria season 3 could take 50 more years to come out and I’d still be sat for the premiere. Messy TV dramas are my religion, and Zendaya is my lord and savior. I was just a child (19) when season 1 came out, and now I’m a grown-ass, employed woman, still just as obsessed and passionate about the show.

Luckily, the wait’s almost over: the next installment of the HBO masterpiece will finally drop next year! Many of the original stars are returning (thank god), and there’s a wild new batch of cast members, ranging from A-list actors to eccentric social media icons.

Plot details are still mostly under wraps, but we do know the new season will feature a significant time jump. Plus, some behind-the-scenes footage on social media seems to hint at a wedding… I suspect the rumored bride has never, EVER been happier. When Is Euphoria Season 3 Coming Out?

Euphoria season 3 will premiere in spring 2026, literally four years after season 2 aired. The long gap between seasons 2 and 3 is due to the 2023 Hollywood labor strikes, the cast’s packed schedules, and the tragic deaths of Angus Cloud and executive producer Kevin Turen.

And yes, this is probably the final season. I mean, the original teenage audience would be 40-something by the time a season 4 came out. “We’ve talked about it, I don’t think anything is over until it’s over, but it’s been discussed that this is the end,” HBO’s head of drama Francesca Orsi said back in February. She added, “I think you will be very satisfied with this season, and how we bring each of the characters’ whole narrative.”

Most of the OG Euphoria legends will be back for season 3: Zendaya (Rue), Sydney Sweeney (Cassie), Jacob Elordi (Nate), Hunter Schafer (Jules), Colman Domingo (Ali), Alexa Demie (Maddy), Maude Apatow (Lexi), Dominic Fike (Elliot), and Eric Dane (Cal).

Other returning actors include: Alanna Ubach, Daeg Faerch, Dominic Fike, Melvin Bonez Estes, Nika King, Paula Marshall, Sophia Rose Wilson, and Zak Steiner.

And the new additions are very exciting. The rumors are true: internet chaos agent Trisha Paytas and Poker Face queen Natasha Lyonne are joining the cast for season 3! (Never thought I’d hear those names in the same sentence.) Pop and flamenco singer Rosalía and former NFL player Marshawn Lynch are also joining the cast.

Other fresh faces include: Sharon Stone, Kadeem Hardison, Bella Podaras, Bill Bodner, Cailyn Rice, Colleen Camp, Danielle Deadwyler, Eli Roth, Gideon Adlon, Hemky Madera, Homer Gere, Jack Topalian, Jessica Blair Herman, Kwame Patterson, Madison Thompson, Matthew Willig, Rebecca Pidgeon, and Sam Trammell.

The kids are all grown-up in the new season. “I don’t quite know exactly what the season is going to look like, but I do know that the time jump is happening and I know it’s important,” Zendaya spilled to Entertainment Weekly in October 2024. She added, “There’s only so much high school drama you can deal with — ‘and then she cheats on her boyfriend again!’”`This poor girl’s pushing 30, and she’s been playing teens since 2010.

Fans also figured out another plot detail based on footage of Sydney Sweeney filming in Los Angeles. Per the clip circulating social media, she’s wearing a sleeveless corset wedding gown and walking down the aisle. A C&N emblem can be seen, which may mean Cassie and Nate are tying the knot! Two words: Oy vey. I’m praying this scene is just Cassie’s dream.
