Each new season of HBO’s The White Lotus is set at a different resort in a different glamorous locale, and so with each new season there’s also a whole new cast of characters. (Weird though, that with all the changes in each White Lotus season, the one thing that always stays the same is all the murder. Maybe someone should look into that…) But even though the characters are new in The White Lotus season 3, you most definitely recognize the actors. A lot of the cast is made up of people who make you squint and say, “I know I know them from somewhere…” Well don’t worry: This is where you recognize the White Lotus season 3 cast from.

Before we get going with this list, let’s just take a moment of silence for one name who will be missing. Jennifer Coolidge, who played Tanya in seasons 1 and 2 of The White Lotus, didn’t return for season 3, even though she was a big fan favorite. I mean, it makes sense, since (Spoiler Alert!) Tanya was the one who was murdered in season 2. But still, can’t a girl hope that maybe Tanya’s ghost will make an appearance this season? The White Lotus Season 3 Cast And Where You Know Them From

Natasha Rothwell

Okay, I lied, there is one returning cast member. Natasha Rothwell is back to reprise her White Lotus season 1 role of Belinda, who works at the White Lotus resort in Hawaii. Besides White Lotus, you might recognize Natasha from Insecure or her starring role in the show she created, How to Die Alone.

Jason Isaacs

With Lucius Malfoy himself making an appearance on The White Lotus, it’s probably hard for Harry Potter fans to put aside preconceived notions. There’s also the fact that Jason Isaacs’ White Lotus character Timothy Ratliff is fishy AF that makes it hard to trust his character. In addition to the Harry Potter movies, you might know Jason from Black Hawk Down, The OA, or The Patriot.

Parker Posey

Parker Posey plays Timothy’s wife Victoria, but before that, you’ve probably seen her in any one of the literally hundreds of movies and TV shows she’s been in. Some of those include You’ve Got Mail, Scream 3, and Josie and The Pussycats.

Patrick Schwarzenegger

In case the last name wasn’t enough of a giveaway, Patrick’s dad is The Governator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger. But besides his famous family, you might recognize Patrick from Gen V, Scream Queens, or The Staircase, which he starred in with his on-screen mom, Parker Posey.

Sarah Catherine Hook

The second Ratliff sibling, Piper, is played by Sarah Catherine Hook. She also appeared in the Cruel Intentions TV reboot and the Netflix series First Kill.

Sam Nivola

Rounding out the Ratliff family is Lochlan, played by Sam Nivola. He most recently played Nicole Kidman’s son on The Perfect Couple.

Walton Goggins

Walton Goggins, who plays Rick Hatchett, is another one of those actors who seems like he’s been in basically everything. Before White Lotus, he was in Django Unchained, The Hateful Eight, Justified, and The Righteous Gemstones. He also currently stars in Fallout.

Aimee Lou Wood

Rick’s much younger girlfriend Chelsea is played by Aimee Lou Wood, who you definitely know from her iconic role on Netflix’s Sex Education.

Carrie Coon

Carrie Coon plays Laurie, one of three women on a girls’ trip to The White Lotus Thailand. You might recognize her from TV shows like The Leftovers or The Gilded Age, or movies like Gone Girl or Ghostbusters.

Leslie Bibb

Leslie Bibb is Kate, the second member of the girls’ trip. She’s probably best known for playing Christine Everhart in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and recently she starred in the series Palm Royale.

Michelle Monaghan
