If you’re having relationship issues, you and your partner should definitely take a trip to Temptation Island. Because why not add to your problems and be filmed cheating on each other? It’s a recipe for love life success. More importantly, it makes for truly incredible TV. On March 12, all ten episodes of Temptation Island Season 9 dropped on Netflix, and my god, is it a wild ride.

Four struggling couples are separated and tested to see if they’re loyal to their partners when surrounded by sexy singles. At the final bonfire, the four men and four women decide if they’re leaving the island with the person they came with, or if they’re heading out alone or with someone new. TBH, it’s giving Casa Amor from Love Island. So, which couples from Temptation Island season 9 stayed together and split? Here’s what went down.

Shanté Glover & Brion Whitley

I fear Shanté decided to leave the island with Brion for some reason. She was loyal throughout the process, but he, of course, had a threesome with Courtney Randolph and Alex Zamora. (Shanté literally wanted Brion to prove that he could be monogamous because he’s cheated on her in the past.)

Brion claims the threesome made him realize how much he wants to be faithful to Shanté. Great timing for that realization. Inspiring, really. Shanté initially decided to ditch him, but after all his apologizing and begging, she decided to give him another chance, and they left together. Sigh.

Alexa Santamaria & Lino Troisi

Alexa and Lino are the only couple that stayed loyal to each other throughout the experiment. Did Lino made a cringe comment about how he made Alexa a “better, more eligible bachelorette”? Yes. Did he also accuse her of “taking away from” his career aspirations? Also yes. But hey, at least no one cheated, I guess.

At the final bonfire, Alexa and Lino they were all lovey-dovey, and when Lino proposed to Alexa, she said yes. They left the island engaged, despite their issues.

Tayler Byrd & Tyler Breshears

Tayler and Tyler did not make it, and thank goodness for that, because their names are way too similar. It’s confusing. Also, he’s an asshole and she’s certainly better off without him.

Tyler begged Tayler not to give up on him, but as soon as they were separated, he cheated on her with Kay Carlson (as you can see above). M*n. After Tayler found out about that, she was devastated and formed a connection with Yamen Sanders. Tayler and Yamen didn’t ultimately have a super strong romantic bond.

Needless to say, Tyler asked Kay to leave the island with him. Tayler decided to leave the island single.

Ashley Moore & Grant Larsen

This was another case of a man who struggles with monogamy. Grant cheated on Ashley with Natalie Cruz (pictured above), and he was actually the first guy to give into temptation.

After that, Ashley decided to give things a try with her connection, Danny Spongberg. At the final bonfire, Ashley called out Grant for being a “serial cheater” and they broke up. Interestingly, he left the island alone — not with Natalie. Ashley left with Danny.
