I am beyond ready for the receipts, proof, timelines, and screenshots coming our way when the Love Island USA season 7 reunion drops on August 25. The chaotic cast is set to reunite in New York City for the special episode, which will be hosted by literally the most qualified people ever: Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen. There’s plenty to discuss this time around. I need a very detailed Nicolandria update, a check-in on Amaya Papaya and Bryan, and everyone’s reactions to Ace’s diss track. They’ll also have to address the elephant in the room… Cierra’s removal and interesting post-show commentary. (As I’m sure you know, she was taken off the show after her racist social media posts resurfaced.)

When the finale aired, Cierra claimed that she was cool with her connection, Nic, and her bestie, Olandria, exploring a romance. “They are two people I care deeply for and absolutely adore,” she wrote on Instagram. “I’ve always wanted nothing but happiness for each of them in this experience. That has never & will never change.” Buttt, a week later, she seemed to have a different attitude, complaining that she got “the villain edit” and referring to Nic as “the guy who never actually liked me and wanted my friend the entire time.”

It’s still unknown whether or not Cierra will make an appearance, but there are rumors that she wants to be there. According to The Sun, production is discussing the possibility. “Cierra is pushing to be invited, but we haven’t decided yet if she will be attending,” one insider told the outlet. “She created controversy and some of us don’t want to have her linked with the show ever again, but we still are discussing if she should come or not.”

Another source noted, “Cierra may attend, but we are still deciding this. Some other participants have said that they don’t want her to come, and we will make a decision about it soon.” Wondering of those ~other participants~ are Nic and Olandria. The source explained that people “don’t want to deal with her” after what happened and what she said, and also after the way she reacted when we told her that she had to leave.” Very interesting. Even though a lot of people are reportedly frustrated, apparently others are “pushing” for her to be there.

In all of his post-villa interviews so far, Nic has said that he hasn’t spoken with Cierra yet as he’s still “processing” the new information about her. When Olandria recently appeared on Keke Palmer’s podcast, Baby, This Is Keke Palmer, she said she wasn’t sure if Cierra would be attending the reunion or not. Nic and Olandria never followed Cierra after leaving the villa, and Cierra has unfollowed both of them.

We’ll just have to wait and see if Cierra makes an appearance.
