A lot of people are fans of fall weddings, and, hey, I get it. The air is crisp, you can still rock a very stylish peacoat, and you don’t have to worry about ruining your beautiful satin dress with sweat stains. But as a girlie who’s partial to slightly warmer weather, I do wholeheartedly believe that spring weddings are elite.

Everything looks so bright and cheery, and the weather is perfect. And I mean, who doesn’t love it when flowers are in bloom? Everything about spring says love, joy, and blossoming, and if that doesn’t scream “wedding,” I don’t know what does.

Now, if you’re a guest at one of these superior spring weddings, you may be tempted to go the floral route. But in the words of our lord and savior Miranda Priestly, “Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking.” Translation: Don’t fucking do that basic ass shit.

There are so many different routes you can take if you’re a wedding guest who needs a dress for a spring wedding. Think bright colors, flowy silhouettes, and basically anything that makes you feel like you’re frolicking through a garden. Just think about the 2024 Met Gala — except for not awful or off-theme outfits.
