I’m An Outfit Repeater And I Will Be Wearing Taylor’s Red Sweater For Both The Super Bowl AND V-Day

Loving him was red, right? Well, loving your ‘fit for the big game next week and Valentine’s Day is red too, apparently. ICYMI: Everyone saw Taylor Swift’s red crewneck sweater as she ran onto the football field after the Chiefs’ win this past weekend, and it looked so cozy and chic that ofc, it sold out immediately (Are we surprised? No. The Swifties die for Taylor Swift’s outfits). It was later revealed that the red sweater was made by her BFF, Gigi Hadid’s, brand, Guest In Residence. While the OG thing might be gone, you can still get your hands on a few look alikes.

But, I’m sure that at this point you’re asking, “Why should I care?” Well…because, duh, having a red sweater on deck will make your life easier over the next few weeks. This year’s Super Bowl has the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers, who both have red as a team color. Basically, what I’m trying to say is, if you don’t give a sh*t about either team or the game in general, if you wear one of these, you’ll still be in the ~sporty~ spirit. But, that’s not all — V-day is also, like, 2 weeks away.

No matter what your Valentine’s Day plans involve, you can throw on your sweater too. From a chill dinner date to a cozy night at home, you can’t go wrong with a chunky knit that can be dressed up or down. I’m a big believer in making sure that I can wear things more than once (yes, I’m an outfit repeater), and a sweater’s honestly as versatile as it gets. And, since there’s still a good amount of winter left, you can keep layering your fits with these. Now…I’m off too find a good red lip, considering the one Taylor uses is ALSO sold out everywhere 🙃.
