It’s easy to believe we live in an entirely different universe from our favorite celebs. And while that’s pretty much mostly true (the difference in tax brackets is definitely out of this world), there’s one thing that really connects all of us: losing your virginity.
Whether it’s totally awkward or surprisingly good for the first time, we all have an interesting “first-time” story. And, as it turns out, being rich and famous doesn’t spare you from all the bells and whistles that come with losing your virginity, either.
While my first sexual experience is something I’m keeping locked up in the vault of my mind pretty much forever, there are a few celebs who have talked about losing their virginities pretty openly. So, if you also have a weird, uncomfortable, or just out-there story about the first time you had sex, take comfort in the fact that even people with millions of dollars can’t pay to change how they swiped their v-card.
“I was 15, and he was an older guy who wasn’t a virgin,” Khloe shared on her website. “I don’t really remember it hurting, but I do remember that I just wanted to get it over with.”

“I lost my virginity on Valentine’s Day … It was, like, Presidents’ Day weekend,” Nick shared on Conan’s talk show. “I was in college. I was, like, 19, and I lost my virginity to a girl I had gotten to know and was friends with, and then we sort of realized [when] we were hooking up, we’re like, ‘We’re both virgins, do you wanna …’ It was really very sweet. It happened on my sister’s bed [though]… I had to stay in my sister’s room.”
“I’ve had plenty of awkward sex, but that first time was not awkward. I was in love with him, and it was nice,” Megan told Cosmopolitan.

“The first time, I couldn’t tell whether we did it or not,” Kevin shared in his memoir, I Can’t Make This Up: Life Lessons. “This time, I was certain we did it. So, I double lost my virginity. I had to lose it twice, just to make sure.”
“It wasn’t gross or weird,” Macaulay shared on the Anna Faris is Unqualified podcast. “We planned it. It was warm and sticky, and I felt like, ‘Geez, this is weird. Am I doing it right?’”

In an interview with Health magazine, Brooke shared, “I think I would have lost my virginity earlier than I did at 22. I had the public and all this pressure, and I wish I had just gotten it over with in the beginning when it was sort of okay. I think I would have been much more in touch with myself.”
