But we’ve already seen four seasons of this woman somehow getting everything she wants so easily, so would it really be that much of a reach? Plus, it’s not like this would be the first time something like this happened in a show — I mean remember when Betty, Veronica, Jughead, and Archie just decided to become a quad in Riverdale? Sure, it was absolutely awful writing and made no sense at all… but it happened, right? And it’s a reminder that when it comes to love, the best outcomes are the ones where everyone’s needs are met — even if it takes thinking outside the box (or inside the bedroom).

So if you happen to find yourself in an Emily in Paris-esque love triangle and you’re feeling bold, maybe take a page out of Lucas’ book and suggest a solution that makes everyone happy. Or not, because in real life that idea just might crash and burn. But it’s fun to think about, right?
