People on social media claimed to see romantic chemistry in the clip of the actors doing a Q&A about their movie. (To be fair, there’s a lot of eye contact and giggling, plus Michele called Megan “an incredibly beautiful soul” in his caption.) Fans and the chronically online began to wonder if Megan and Michele had an affair and are dating now. But false alarm!! This is nothing more than a totally random social media rumor, and a rep for Michele swiftly shut it down. “Any accusations beyond a work friendship are simply untrue,” the rep told TMZ. “They filmed a movie together a year ago. Michele is currently in Italy filming another project.” Not to mention, Megan doesn’t give me cheater vibes at all.

According to TMZ’s source, Megan and MGK were on a trip in Vail, Colorado when she found “material on MGK’s phone that was upsetting” and left the trip early after that. Sigh. I truly can’t with men. Of course, that alleged info does not confirm that the rapper cheated, but… admittedly, that’s where my mind goes when I hear about “upsetting” material on a phone.

It’s important to note that these two have always been on and off and could definitely end up back together in the future. At the moment though, I’m Team Megan ’cause she gave us Jennifer’s Body and that face card, and I generally don’t trust men.
