Lords and ladies, I have some troubling news. Luke Newton has a girlfriend. At the height of the nation’s thirst for Colin Bridgerton, he’s officially off the market. More bad news for Lucola shippers: he’s not dating Nicola Coughlan. Though Colin, Penelope, and frankly all of their regency crew have so much chemistry Bill Nye should study them in a lab, Nicola and Luke are just good friends when they leave Queen Charlotte’s kingdom. So who is the lucky lady who stole the very eligible bachelor’s heart IRL? I’ll give you a few hints. She’s Greek. She’s a model. And strangest of all she’s somehow not me?? In the meantime, I think we’re all dying to hyperfixate on the question at hand: who is Luke Newton’s rumored new girlfriend Antonia Roumelioti? We have the answer you’re dying to know.
Antonia is a Greek beauty model and dancer who is 23 years old because if there’s not an eyebrow-raising age gap then Hollywood doesn’t want it. Luke is 31 years old, for those who aren’t obsessively Googling the age of every hot man who comes across their screen to find out their life story. Antonia appeared on Greece Got Talent in 2017 where she performed in a dance duet with a male partner. She has kept up her professional dance career, appearing in a showcase for choreographer Dean Lee, who also choreographs for Janet Jackson and The Pussycat Dolls. Like a true Mediterranean jet setter, Antonia likes to travel around the globe to such gorgeous locals as Paris, France, and Gran Canaria, Spain.
Luke and Antonia were first spotted hanging out together in Los Angeles as “friends” (sure, Jan) back in January of 2024. They were seen hanging out around Griffith Park. While there were no photos of them taken together, over the next few months, they kept posting from the same very specific coffee shops and rooftops, so it wasn’t too hard to piece together the pair might be a couple. People shared some exclusive shots of Luke and Antonia leaving the Bridgerton part 2 release party in London holding hands. Superfans suspected Antonia may have actually been at the New York premiere too, since she posted a story with a Manhattan location tag the same night. Looks like it’s official, folks.
