FML Meghan Markle’s As Ever Jam Already Sold Out — Who Were The Select Few Who Made The Cut?
I can't stop thinking about Meghan's top 50.
The haters had a lot of laughs about Meghan Markle — um, I mean Meghan Sussex — and her Netflix lifestyle show With Love, Meghan, which served mostly as a big commercial for her new lifestyle brand As Ever. Well, As Ever launched on April 2 and sold out of every single one of its products on the first day. Who’s laughing now, haters? Certainly not me; I’m just trying to figure out how I can get my hands on some of that sweet Montecito jam.
You know who doesn’t have to worry about getting Meghan’s jam? The chosen few who were part of the first super-selective jam drop in April 2024, back when the brand was called American Riviera Orchard. (Mindy Kaling talked a little bit about it when she was a guest on With Love, Meghan.)
Basically, when Meghan made her first batch of jam, she sent the first 50 jars to her inner circle. Mindy was one of those recipients, but she was obsessed with knowing if there was a ranking based on who received jam first. Meghan insisted there wasn’t, except for the first jar that went to her mother.
Okay, so we know Mindy Kaling and Meghan’s mom are ready for brunch since they’re all set with jam, but who else? I can’t stop thinking about the celebrities who received Meghan Markle’s jam. Mostly because at this point, I’m this close to hitting them up to snag a taste.
Who Got Meghan Markle’s First Batch Of Jam?
Mindy Kaling
Yes, Mindy talked about receiving a jar from the initial batch on the show, but here’s the Instagram proof. Eagle-eyed detectives will note that Mindy was number 19 out of 50.
Tracee Ellis Ross
The black-ish star received jar #21 and shared a photo to her Instagram stories. It looks like the jam was gifted in a basket of gorgeous citrus fruits. Very on-brand, Meghan!
Chrissy Teigen
Not only did Chrissy receive her own jar of Meghan’s jam, but she showed her gratitude by devoting an entire video to the jam on her grid.
Garcelle Beauvais
Megan might be a Real Housewives fan because she made sure to include Beverly Hills Housewife Garcelle on her list of jam giftees.
Kris Jenner
Not only was Kris #13 in the original 2024 jam drop, but she also received a gift box of the re-branded As Ever jam, just in time for the 2025 launch. “I can’t wait to try every single thing!” she wrote.
Zoe Saldaña
Zoe wasn’t a part of the original top 50 (at least as far as we know), but she did get a box of As Ever products from Meghan. The Oscar winner posted on Instagram and called her As Ever goodies “a beautiful and yummy gift.”
Now, if only I could find a way to find out just how yummy it is myself.
