I’ll just say it: If I were Amelia Dimoldenberg, I’d be sick of eating chicken by now. The woman has been interviewing celebs on her show Chicken Shop Date for years now, ostensibly with the goal of dating one of them outside the confines of a fast food restaurant. And although there’s a part of me that never wants the show to end because I could watch Amelia sit in awkward silence with famous people forever, I also fully support her actual quest for someone to date.
There was some hope when sparks were flying between Amelia and Andrew Garfield for a while. But it looks like that ship has sailed, since he’s dating Monica Barbaro. So now it’s time for all us Amelia/Andrew shippers to move on to a new match for Amelia… and she may have found one.
The ol’ rumor mill is spinning yet again, this time with a story about Amelia possibly dating Will Poulter. Yes, Will Poulter, who famously did not star in Toy Story, but did star in all kinds of other movies and shows like Midsommar and The Bear. Here’s what we know about the rumor that Amelia Dimoldenberg and Will Poulter are dating.
On June 14, Amelia and Will were spotted hanging out together at the LIDO Festival in London. They looked pretty cozy together as they traversed the grounds to the water station together. We haven’t gotten any other confirmation… yet, but the romance rumors are flying. At the very least, maybe we can expect to see Will on Chicken Shop Date soon.
Just a couple months ago in April, Amelia told The Sunday Times she was happy on her own. “I’ve got my whole life to be settling down with someone,” she said. “My life is very fast-paced. I’m going traveling, I’m working away, I’m doing all these different things. I feel like I’m really glad to be single at this moment.” Of course, things very easily could have changed in the last few months, perhaps at the LIDO festival.

Whether or not anything romantic is going on with Will, Amelia definitely had a good time at LIDO. She was chosen as the “Apple” girl and invited up on stage to dance during Charli xcx’s set. Maybe next time we’ll see Amelia and Will pull out some dance moves together.
