For his part, Benny’s most recent IG post also includes Selena, as it’s an interview the pair did together. With all the hype around their relationship, stemming from the couple themselves, there’s no reason to believe they’re not still headed down the aisle.

Rumors on TikTok alleged there could be relationship woes under the surface for Selena and Benny, without hard receipts to back any of it up. Selena’s fans also speculate that she unfollowed her “day 1” friend, Theresa Marie, who, according to The Daily Mail, was spotted at dinner with Benny. While it appears Theresa’s handle, tmarie, is currently no longer listed under Selena’s following, Instagram glitches do happen. Theresa also recently liked Selena’s post for Selena and Benny’s hit song and still follows the couple (plus Benny follows her back), as discovered by more fan stalking.

As of March 2025, Selena and Benny agree that they have “no idea” when their wedding will happen because they’ve been so busy they’ve barely gotten to enjoy their time being engaged yet. As of now, Selena doesn’t “even know if [they] have time” to plan and host the ceremony between all of their work commitments from Only Murders In The Building to music, but she looks forward to their “casual” day.
