Like Caitlin, Connor also used to play basketball for the University of Iowa. College sweethearts! He was a four-star recruit, whatever that means. Given that Caitlin’s BF was named a five-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree, three-time NABC Honors Court, two-time Academic All-District First Team, two-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and NABC Honors Court honoree, I think he’s quite good at basketball. But obviously not anywhere near Caitlin’s level.

He works as a team assistant for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers

These days, Connor helps other athletes shine. He became a team assistant for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers in May 2023. “I’ll play dummy defense, run the scout team, help coaches on film stuff, help on video projects if they need, scouting reports if they need,” he explained in an interview about the job, adding, “Whatever you’re asked to do, be ready to do it.”

Connor emphasized that you gotta “work hard and work your way up.” The man has his eye on the prize. What is the prize exactly? You guessed it: He eventually wants to be a coach.

Caitlin And Connor Have Been Dating For A Year

The sporty lovers celebrated their first anniversary on April 24 and obviously posted about the occasion on Instagram. Caitlin shared a black and white photo of Connor embracing her and wrote: “One year of the best mems w my fav person 🖤 you make everyday better and I can’t wait for many more adventures together… love you 🤞🏻😇.” Aww.

In his own anniversary post, Connor shared his lover boy sentiments. “Doing life with you has been easy,” he captioned a cute pic of them laughing. “You never cease to amaze me.” Ya know what? I approve for now.
