With the number of tears flowing at the final part of the Vanderpump Rules season 11 reunion, it certainly seemed like the end of an era (and that the ladies were smart enough to use extra strength lash glue). But even though there’s been speculation that this is quietly the series finale of the Bravo staple which may finally be at the end of its rope, it feels hard to believe we’ll never enjoy their famous moments of reality television perfection ever again (like James Kennedy’s longwinded poetic rants against Tom Sandoval at the drop of a hate, or Lisa Vanderpump making fun of Brittany being from Kentucky, for example). If Vanderpump Rules is truly just on a totally not suspicious filming pause, fans now have to wonder who will make a return for season 12. Of all the reunion’s tearful moments, one thing seemed easy-breezy: Katie’s confidence that she’s always been her honest self on camera, no matter what some of her friends (or maybe now foes) have to say about it. But will Katie be invited back to VPR? Here’s our very best guess.
Will Katie return to Vanderpump Rules?
Katie is thriving now more than ever, so it seems natural that she would come back to VPR next season. Even Andy acknowledged how different it was to see Katie in her glow-up era, with the weight of her problematic relationship with Schwartz finally off of her shoulders. She’s in a tough spot with her former bestie Lala, and she’ll never make nice with Sandoval, but all things considered, Katie 2.0 got along swimmingly with just about everyone else on the cast at the reunion, (even Jo if we’re being honest, especially considering what Schwartz is now saying about who Jo really is). To Katie’s point, she’s one of the show’s OGs, and being liked or hated has never stopped her from showing up and telling it how she sees it.

One of the most emotional parts of the third part of the reunion which showed a crack in Katie’s famously tough armor was when she and the group watched back the montage from the VPR finale, including plenty of moments of young Katie baring her soul (with an array of memorable hairstyles past that make it so clear the bob is definitely her final form). Katie has given a lot to VPR and the producers clearly know that too. Plus with Something About Her finally opening its doors, she has an entirely new avenue of challenges and hijinks to introduce viewers to next season. Since Ann carried in the sandwiches at the end of the episode, maybe she still has the potential to become full-time SAH staff one day, after all? At this point making Sandoval squirm is kind of Katie’s thing so, like, why not.
