Ya know when a piece of news just… ruins your day? That’s happening to me right now. I wish I was not aware that Harry Jowsey and Lucy Hale are apparently dating. Ignorance is bliss, they say. How is this reality show villain even allowed to date more women? It shouldn’t be legal. My Pretty Little Liars queen deserves only the best, and I feel confident that Harry is one of the worst men in Los Angeles to date. And that’s saying a lot. So, how TF did this mismatch come to be? A source confirmed to People that Harry and Lucy are dating and claimed that their relationship is “super casual, but it’s not brand new.” I’m sorry… they’ve already been dating for a while?! It’s lasted more than three minutes?? I’m distressed. If we’re looking at the glass half full perspective, I guess it’s good news that it’s not serious as of now.

As I’m sure you remember, Harry most recently dated Love is Blind icon Jessica Vestal (our EpiPen queen who ended Jimmy on national television). Harry and Jessica had quite a rocky journey together on Perfect Match because, well, he was being a fuckboy, per usual. He kissed their costar, Melinda Melrose, and then lied about it to Jessica. Somehow, they got past that and kept dating for about a month and a half after the show.
Interestingly, Lucy has dated another dating show star before: Colton Underwood from The Bachelor. I guess she has a type? I would probably recommend literally any dating app over the pool of men on dating shows, but that’s just my opinion.
Back in January 2023, the Hating Game star claimed that she’s no longer settling in relationships. “I think that you can find someone who you mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically connect with — like, a 10 out of 10 in each area,” she said during an appearance on the Broad Ideas with Rachel Bilson podcast. “I think that is possible. I think so many people settle. I’m not gonna fuckin’ settle. I’ll die alone before I settle. It’s so dramatic, but that’s just how I feel.” Girl, can you give this speech to the 2025 you?
