Having the ability to see Beyoncé Giselle Knowles Carter perform IRL is The Gift, but can you even imagine if Beyoncé was your mom? I’m sure there’s a solid amount of pressure growing up as the daughter of the most iconic living artist to date, but somehow Beyoncé’s first child has handled the spotlight with such grace. Even when weirdos have displayed concerning hateration online, Beyoncé and Blue have held their heads high over the years. But a recent spotting of the eldest Carter daughter made me wonder, how old is the music industry’s most baller baby today? Five years after Blue hit the carpet in matching sparkles with her mom (pictured below), the 12-year-old stood all on her own as a stunning lil’ lady for Mufasa. The event was held on December 9, 2024. Blue is voicing the character Kiara in the movie, while Beyoncé and Donald Glover are back as Nala and Simba.

Of course, Beyoncé was there to pose with her pre-teen bestie at the premiere. Bey looked magnificent (what else is new) in a gold gown to compliment, if not exactly match, Blue’s look. She is the HBIC of the lion kingdom, after all.
