Lo and behold, after weeks of speculation, Craig Conover has an update on his relationship status with girlfriend Paige Desorbo. In the same interview with E! News, Craig reveals he was voted “most dramatic” in high school, since he was a huge gossiper, himself. This of course got me thinking about how his and Paige’s crossover Summer House/Souther Charm relationship has always given quarterback dating the cheerleader. (Obviously in this scenario, Kyle is the power-hungry head of student government and Amanda is the class secretary.)

Craig has said, “I don’t know where that came from, because we’re together, like, every week” of his relationship status with Paige to E! News. So, take it from the horse’s mouth, they are very “not broken up” but “still together.” As to the conspiracy theory floated at Fan Fest (the one that he and Paige are on the rocks but just waiting for Summer House to pick up so the cameras can capture the mess), Craig asked “Why would we do that?!” To be fair, Craig has historically had more than enough drama to entertain the general public on and off-season.

Craig is actually baffled everyone is worried he and Paige broke up because he “[doesn’t] think [they] did anything” to warrant being suss. No, but Craig has “pretty much stopped drinking” since the filming of Southern Charm season 10 began, to show Paige that he is “husband and father material than just the fun boyfriend.” As opposed to drinking daily or every other day, Craig now says he indulges “every two months” in “a drink or two” as he finds that “middle ground.” Tried and true Southern Charm, Summer House, and Winter House viewers have witnessed Craig and his besties in Charleston and beyond participate in a lot of heavy drinking which has contributed to many a dramatic altercation over the years. As of now, sober-ish Craig has not purchased an engagement ring since he is far from rushing a proposal to Paige as they continue to grow.
