The answer to that question is still a mystery. Back in 2022, Mindy did address the major rumor that her collaborator and friend B.J. Novak was the father of her children head-on. Mindy told Marie Claire that the rumors didn’t bother her because B.J. is her kids’ godfather and is very close to them, but stopped short of giving any credence to the idea he was their father-father. On June 24, 2024, Mindy announced she welcomed her third child Anne to the world back in February of the same year. Under a cute picture of baby Anne vibing with her siblings Kit and Spencer, Kaling wrote “In late February I gave birth to my daughter, Anne. She’s the best birthday present I could’ve ever imagined. When things are hard, whenever I veer towards cynicism, my three kids are such a great reminder of the pure joy in my life.
