Aimee Lou Wood appears to have a new BF — and no, it’s not Walton Goggins or anyone from The White Lotus. Sorry to disappoint. The Sex Education icon was recently spotted getting cozy with Adam Long, her costar in the upcoming BBC series, Film Club. Aimee dating a male costar? I’m shocked. (Joking.) This queen has a history of ~having great chemistry with~ her scene partners. Back in her Sex Education era, Aimee dated the actor who played Adam on that show, Connor Swindells. Their love on the show turned into love IRL. And obviously, it seemed like there was something going on between her and Walton… Walton claimed that while he and Aimee were shooting The White Lotus, they “became enmeshed in each other, the way that Rick and Chelsea are.” He also referred to her as a “soulmate” at one point, lol.

Aimee and Adam haven’t officially confirmed their relationship yet, but it definitely seems like they’re a couple. Per photos obtained by The Daily Mail, the Film Club costars enjoyed a London coffee date over the weekend. In the pics, they can be seen sharing a kiss (with his hand on her thigh!) and hugging as they sit on a bench together. They both left with their arms wrapped around each other. So yeah, it’s certainly not a strictly professional or platonic relationship!

This is the first time Aimee and Adam have been spotted out together, but the actress’ Instagram activity has also been screaming: They’re dating. Aimee’s been liking all of the actor’s recent posts, and she left a supportive comment on a photo he shared of him and his friends completing a CrossFit challenge back in November 2024. “YOU DID IT!!!!!!! ✨” she wrote in the comments. The enthusiasm level of a woman who’s (probably) in love!
Film Club is supposed to come out later this year. Needless to say, I’m so sat for this press tour.

Adam’s best known for his role in the 2014 series, Happy Valley, but he’s also appeared in the 2008 film, Act of Grace, the 2012 film, Spike Island, the 2019 film, The Kill Team, and more movies and shows. And we’ll see him and Aimee in Film Club soon enough!
