New power couple alert: Elliot Page just debuted a new romance with Overcompensating star Julia Shiplett. The perfect way to wrap up Pride Month, TBH. This marks the Umbrella Academy star’s first public relationship since he came out as a transgender man back in December 2020. Elliot shared the exciting news with an adorable Instagram post of him and Julia posing on a rainbow-painted street, both rocking matching black jackets and dark sunglasses. He kept the caption short and sweet: just rainbow and pink heart emojis. I mean, the photo really says it all. A few hours earlier, Julia hard-launched the relationship with a steamy IG Story showing Elliot shirtless in a hot spring. “Happy prideee 💦😮💨,” she wrote in her caption. I sincerely hope you binged Overcompensating as soon as it came out. If that’s the case, you probably recognize Julia from the show — she plays Mimi, Grace’s cool ex-friend. She can’t stand Grace’s relationship with Peter (so beyond valid), which is why they drifted apart.
