Before taking a leadership position this year, Zendaya attended the Met Gala every year from 2015 to 2019. And yet, my invitation continues to get mysteriously lost in the mail… rude. From her floral Dolce & Gabbana ballgown to her princess ballgown straight out of Cinderella, the It Girl has always stuck to the theme and absolutely delivered. During the pre-Covid era, the Euphoria star really committed to showing up every year and gagging us all. Unlike some people, *cough* Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande. One of my favorite Zendaya looks of all time is that Cinderella gown from 2019’s “Camp: Notes on Fashion” Met Gala. In addition to the enchanting light-up dress itself, she carried an adorable pumpkin carriage purse and had Law by her side dressed as her fairy godmother. Spells were cast. Lives were changed.
