Did Y’all Coordinate? So Many Stars Wore Red To The 2024 Golden Globes

Red is *the* color — just ask half of the celebrities at the 2024 Golden Globes. Everywhere you turn, someone else was stepping out in red, and I for one, am all for it.

For a while, red on a red carpet was considered a fashion faux pas. You’ll clash! You’ll match! The horror! Luckily, people have realized that a dress and a carpet are, in fact, easily discernible by the human eye. Red is bold and elegant — and it can be worn as a ball gown, mini dress, or even a stylish tux. TBH, I’m so bored of black gowns at awards shows I could scream.

Selena Gomez, Julianne Moore, Heidi Klum, and The Bear’s Ayo Edebiri are just a few people who jumped on the ~red hot~ trend. While Selena opted for a crimson dress that gave 8th-grade dance vibes, Julianne and Ayo looked more grown up in floor-length gowns. Florence Pugh used the color for a sexier ensemble. Her sheer red dress paired with spiky blonde hair made her almost intimidatingly cool

Red wasn’t just for the ladies, Barry Keoghan wore a deep red suit. He looked incredible, but it, unfortunately, gave me flashbacks to the, uh, Saltburn “vampire” scene. In addition, John Krasinski’s crimson suit made him more than just a Ken while standing next to wife Emily Blunt.
